Initial usage should be limited to three times per week; frequency should then be gradually increased to every other night, then, if tolerated, to every evening.
To open capsules: Gently twist tab around and squeeze onto fingertips.
To Use: Apply by lightly tapping serum onto the skin avoiding direct contact with eye area
To minimize irritation, try combining with 2-3 drops of moisturizer or facial oil.
Apply a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher during the AM while using this product.
**Do not use directly around the eyes or on eyelids**
